RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
1. 14-Day Inspection Window We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: uninstalled, unmarked, and in the original packaging.
2. The "Installation" Rule Once the steering wheel has been installed, bolted, or wired into a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund. Any signs of tool marks, spline wear, or grease on the leather will void return eligibility. We recommend a visual "dry fit" inspection before beginning installation.
3. Fitment Responsibility It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct year and chassis. If you ordered the wrong fitment and the item is still uninstalled/new, you may exchange it (customer pays shipping). If the item has been installed, we cannot accept an exchange.
4. Restocking Fee All elective returns (e.g., "changed my mind") are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover quality inspection and repackaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Visual Proof We ship all orders with GPS-tracked delivery. Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" and provides a delivery photo or timestamp, our responsibility for the package ends. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property after a successful delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find it, you must contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
6. Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Reports made after 48 hours will be considered "damaged during installation" and will not be eligible for replacement.
7. Fraud & Disputes Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will be contested using our GPS tracking data, delivery confirmation photos, and this signed policy.
